Rainbow Sundae 11 - A Brand New Artisanal Drop!

RS-11 is a bit of a modern classic, let's be real. She's become a cornerstone of the candy-gas craze that has gripped dispos and homegrowers alike for the last few years. When we got our hands on a cut from Doja Pak, with the breeding done by DEOFarms, we knew we had to give the Mephisto Genetics spin to this living legend.

Scouring the photoperiod markets for the hype strain and the flavour-of-the-month cuts isn't really what we've ever been into here at the farm. We've pretty much always kept in our own lane, working with strains that had a real emotional attachment to us from our younger days in Sheffield, or teenage trips to Amsterdam or our early days on the farm. But over the last few years, it has become an undeniable certainty that, just as in the autoflower world, photoperiod strains have moved on a lot over the last 15 years or so. Of course, we still love the classics, and so many of them still hold up today, but there is something undeniable about some of the more modern strains. We sampled RS-11 several years ago now, and it was marked down on our hitlist for conversion way back then, but when we got our hands on the OG cut, grew it out and actually sampled something we'd grown ourselves, we felt all those pangs of nostalgia and youthful exuberance that all those classic strains made us feel in the past. We tried out a whole host of autoflower parents for our Rainbow Sundae 11, but eventually we went back to one of the first: Sundae Thumper. One of the new-wave Mephisto strains that made us feel the exact same way our grow of RS-11 had done.

Rainbow Sundae 11 F5, along with a community-tested selection of F1 Limited Editions, will be dropping on the 15th of June at 1pm EU, 12pm UK, 7am Eastern, 5am Pacific.

Let's get down with a bit of the strain description:

Seed Type
F5 Feminised Automatic
Genetic Heritage
RS11 [Doja Pak/DEOFarms/Wizard Trees] x Sundae Thumper

Select your character, line up on the grid and wait for the countdown to hit 2 before slamming on the gas. Rainbow Sundae 11 is about to take you on a high-speed rip down the Rainbow coloured unpaved highway (because I don’t want to get us sued with this one). So grab a friend and buckle up for some couch co-op gassed up giggles.

Rainbow Sundae 11 is sweet and tart, a zesty lemonade infused with a heavy hit of exhaust gas and a refreshing, almost minty finish. A first-round draft pick for the candy-gas craze. She has dense, lightly purpled buds and gives you a euphoric, uplifting experience; the kind of rush you only get from acing the Star Cup and leaving the other players in the dirt. Her resin production is off the charts, generating a blanket of shimmering trichomes that’ll act like a well placed banana peel on your trim scissors come trim day. Combine all of that with high yield potential, size and a forgiving nature that novices will appreciate, Rainbow Sundae 11 could genuinely be a drop of the year candidate for every Meph Head.

Rainbow Sundae 11 more than earns her place amongst the upper tier of the Mephisto library. She’s an S-tier pick, the kind of overpowered, first-pick character that you’re expecting the devs to nerf in the next patch. Except Mephisto isn’t the grunt fantasy Arrowhead studio, so the fun of Rainbow Sundae 11 isn’t getting patched out any time soon. (Sorry Helldivers, we still love you 💚).

Tester Spotlight: Rainbow Sundae 11

Grower: SilentJ17

Medium: Coast of Maine Seed Starter | Lighting: Spider Farmer SE5000 + UV, IR and deep red supplemental lighting + Vivosun under canopy | Container: 5 gallon fabric pot
Nutes: Dr. Earth Homegrown and Flower Girl (top dressings) + General Hydroponics Silica and Cal-Mag, Recharge
Training: Leaf tucking, defoliation in flower | Cycle: 60-69 days | Height: 28-33 inches (~71-85cm)
Plant Shape / Structure: Shorter bushy type with a main cola slightly protruding above the canopy. Consistent across all four runs. Dark green leaves, dark colourful buds, dense, chunky, and notably beautiful. Good washer structure.
Yield: 266.61g wet weight (washed) → 8.36g bubble hash (3.14% return) → pressed to piattella
Aroma: During grow: slight fruity scent throughout flower, shifting to skunk/fruity in the final weeks. Hash smoke: minty berry and fruit that coats the tongue. Dried flower rosin: skunk and berry forward. Both routes very strong.
Effects: Total head high. "This is one to be careful with"  had SilentJ17 reaching for the water bottle after a few dabs. Minty profile carries through on the hash smoke for a minty berry/fruit finish. Rosin pressed from dried flower runs more skunk/berry on the palate, equally potent.
Notes: Ran 4 plants staggered across multiple runs, all consistent. Little to no veg nutes until a few weeks in across all runs. "Very beautiful specimen of a strain in my opinion." AAC entry. Piattella made and sampled in LA. Trim ease: 4/5. Trichome production: 4/5. Grow again: 4/5
Short Summary:
Dark, colourful chonkers that wash clean; berry-dominated nose hiding a minty bomb on the smoke, and a head high strong enough to require a water break mid-session. The rainbow had something to say.

SilentJ17 had been looking forward to this one since the first rumour and went all in; four staggered runs, an AAC entry, and a piattella made for a trip to LA. The plants were consistent across every run: shorter bushy types holding a main cola just above the canopy, dark green leaves, dark colourful buds stacked into what the grower accurately described as chonkers. Light to no veg nutes until they were ready, regular water, leaf tucking and defoliation through flower. Easy partnership. The nose through flower started fruity and shifted skunky in the final weeks. What came out of the bubble bags was the real reveal: a berry-dominated nose that gives nothing away about the mint hit waiting on the smoke. Hit the piattella at low temp and it's minty berry and fruit coating the tongue, a terpene one-two that had SilentJ17 reaching for the water bottle after a few dabs. The dried-flower-to-rosin run skews more skunk and berry, same punch. A beautiful washer and a total head high. The rainbow had something to say.

Grower: 11th Division Grows

Medium: Promix HP | Lighting: Mars Hydro FC3000 300W LED | Container: 2 gallon plastic pots
Nutes: House & Garden + General Hydroponic Cal-Mag + Silicore Monosilic Acid
Training: None | Cycle: 81 days | Height: 16 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Short and stalky with dense ping pong ball sized nugs
Yield: 43.5g dry
Aroma: Rainbow candy fruit medley with a crème finish. Hawaiian shave ice / post-cure: candy rainbow sherbet, Juicy Fruit and Zebra Stripe gum / smoke: candy forward with lingering sherbet ice cream on each toke
Notes: Slight nitrogen sensitivity noted early — may not need as much N in early veg. No deficiencies or toxicities. Beautiful bud colour show. Doesn't grow for yield but wants to see what she does in a bigger run. Grow again: 4/5
Short Summary:
Rainbow candy sherbet from grow to cure, Hawaiian shave ice in flower, Juicy Fruit in the jar, sherbet on the smoke. Uplifting and mentally stimulating with a colour show that earns the name.

11th Division Grows ran the base cross and the terps did the talking. Ping pong ball sized dense nugs all the way through, no deficiencies, no drama. The aroma was exactly as expected: rainbow candy fruit medley with a crème finish that 11th Division clocked as Hawaiian shave ice. Post-cure it shifted into Juicy Fruit and Zebra Stripe gum territory, the kind of smell that makes you stop and say it out loud. The smoke follows the nose all the way down, candy forward with sherbet ice cream that lingers on each toke. The high is uplifting and mentally stimulating with mild munchies. The grower's words: "her terps are delectable and the colour show on the buds is amazing." One plant in, already planning the next run to see what she does with more room.

Grower: Modkins

Medium: Happy Frog soil, Coast of Maine Seed Starter, extra perlite | Lighting: 240W LED 24/7 | Container: 3 gallon fabric pot
Nutes: Cronk Nutrients (full dose most of the grow)
Training: Heavy leaf tucking | Cycle: 75 days | Height: ~33 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Christmas tree, main tall cola with surrounding colas, fully purple by finish with dark leaf fade
Yield: 103.5g
Aroma: sour lemon with a hint of sweetness, lemon drop candy
Effects: Indica dominant — couch lock, giggles, then sleep. Nighttime strain.
Notes: Go easy on nutrients early. Watered at least once daily through most of the grow. Outstanding purple coloration from early flower to finish. Grow again: 4/5
Short Summary:
Lemon drop candy from bud to smoke, fully purple by finish, and an indica ride that delivers giggles before putting you out for the night.

Modkins ran Rainbow Sundae 11 in Happy Frog and CoM Seed Starter with extra perlite, heavy leaf tucking, and watered at least once a day for most of the grow. 75 days to the finish line, 33 inches, Christmas tree structure with a main tall cola and surrounding colas flanking it. The colour show started early, purple notes from early flower, fully purple and dark-leaved by the end, proper fade on the way out. Citrus from the start, then candy and lemons came in through late flower and stayed all the way through dry, cure, and the jar. Smoke comes in as sour lemon with a hint of sweetness, lemon drop candy all the way. The effects ran indica-dominant for Modkins: couch lock, giggles, then sleep. A good nighttime strain, with the giggles as a parting gift before lights out.

Grower: BodiFerrell

Medium: Biobizz Light Mix | Lighting: 240w LED | Container: 5 Gallon
Nutes: Advanced Nutrients
Training: Lollypopping, defoliating | Cycle: 80-89 days | Height: 16-21 inches (~40-55cm)
Plant Shape / Structure: Christmas tree with high fan leaf production
Yield: Not reported
Aroma: Lemony, strawberry, fruity, sweet, sour, slightly creamy and gassy.
Effects: Clear, focused, motivating, and creative. Heavy munchies — grower notes eating through the session, smoking another, and eating again. Stress relieving and slightly relaxing without being couchlocking. Functional for exercise; tested before a run with sustained focus and motivation throughout. Medicinal utility: appetite stimulation, stress relief, ADHD support.
Notes: "She wasn't the tallest, but the pink lemonade aroma/flavor and the effects on her are totally worth it!" Grow again: 5/5
Short Summary:
Pink lemonade sherbet powder in the jar, clear-eyed focus and heavy munchies in the smoke, and a 5/5 grow-again rating that says everything about how it finished.

BodiFerrell's RS-11 run started with a trifoliate mutation that had a habit of throwing three branches off every node. High fan leaf production throughout meant more defoliation than the rest of the tent, and a pH drift mid-run added some extra drama. None of it stopped her from building a proper Christmas tree and delivering one of the most characterful aroma journeys in the batch. From day 38: sweet, fruity, creamy, earthy, then lemon-strawberry as she came into her own. Post-cure she locked in as pink lemonade sherbet powder with a gassy close; fizzy, sour, sweet, slightly creamy, and the smoke matches the nose all the way down. The effects are clear, focused, and creative with munchies heavy enough to eat through twice and functional enough to take on a run. BodiFerrell gave her a 5 to grow again and summed it up exactly right: "the pink lemonade aroma/flavor and the effects on her are totally worth it."

Grower: Godmodeller

Medium: Promix, Worm Castings, Perlite (70/20/10) | Lighting: SF G4500 320W + SE5000 480W, 24/0 | Container: 3 gallon fabric bags
Nutes: Green Planet Horti Line
Training: Lollipop, leaf tucking, minor defoliation | Cycle: 86 days | Height: Plant 1: 44 inches (dark green, purple/blue fade) / Plant 2: 34 inches (yellow and red fade)
Plant Shape / Structure: 1 dominant cola, bushy overall, limited leaves for easy trim, fills a 20x20 corner
Yield: Plant 1: 98g good bud + 20g larf / Plant 2: 54g good bud + 28g larf
Aroma: Funky earthy sweetness during grow, low odour until late flower / post-cure: mild chem, artificial sweetener, oily buds that crumble without dropping trichomes / smoke: chem on inhale and exhale
Notes: Added extra Magnesium in early flower. Full strength nutrients. 50-day cure. Fast hitting, head-to-body, no munchies, good sleep. New grower friendly. Grow again: 4.5/5
Short Summary:
Two striking phenos — purple/blue tower and yellow/red fader — both easy, both funky, both delivering clean chem smoke and a calm head-to-body ride.

Godmodeller ran two CBDip Dab plants and got back two distinct personalities sharing a tent. The tall one; 44 inches of dark green with purple and blue right through to finish, sat next to a shorter 34-inch plant that faded yellow and red like it was trying to win a colour contest. Both were easy, both were productive, both stayed low odour until late flower then opened into a funky earthy sweetness with citrus at harvest. Post-cure the vibe shifts to mild chem, a touch of artificial sweetener, and buds that are oily to the touch and crumble cleanly. Chem stands out on the smoke, fast hitting, head then body, no munchies, good sleep. Exactly what you want from a well-built CBD cross.

Grower: Zer0Tolerance

Medium: Coco | Lighting: Growers Choice 680 @ 60%, 12/12 | Container: 1/4 gallon
Nutes: Cycled through Jack's Nutrients, Athena Pro, and Organitek Flower Republic
Training: Stabilized side branches with main | Cycle: 84 days | Height: 31 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Apical dominant, dark leaves through flower, high frost
Yield: Cure notes pending
Aroma: Mostly floral with a touch of sweetness through flower
Notes: Ran through three different nutrient lines without skipping a beat. Durable through inconsistent conditions. Quarter-gallon pot and still held structure and frost. Grow again: 4.217/5

Zer0Tolerance ran CBDip Dab in a quarter-gallon pot, the smallest container of the whole run, cycled through three different nutrient lines over the course of 84 days, and still pulled an apical dominant plant to 31 inches with dark leaves, high frost, and a floral, lightly sweet aroma. Low fuss throughout. The nutrient line swaps, inconsistent watering, short light schedule, and environment changes all bounced right off.

Grower: TheMadrek

Medium: Promix HP | Lighting: Mars Hydro 300W LED | Container: 1G ACI Fabric Nursery
Nutes: Jack's 3-2-1 (A/B Only)
Training: None | Cycle: 79 days | Height: 36 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: "Circus tent" — one main center with several tall side branches each carrying equally chunky buds. Blue/black leaves, deep rich purple buds, silver trichomes blanketing the whole plant.
Yield: 87g
Aroma: During grow: smashed berries on fresh wood, tropical berry mash, Mike and Ike's, pineapple, citrus, lime, sour citronella, earthy woodchips — citronella the defining terpene throughout; near harvest full pivot to jet fuel, pungent and chemmy, mild berry sweetness underneath. Post-cure: fresh fuel, sour earth, berry acetone, grape Kool-Aid gasoline, Froot Loops with gasoline, menthol, bubblegum, guava, licorice. Vape: Now-and-Later and Pez.
Effects: Predominantly CBD-forward, initial head rush melting down through the body. Awakening but calming onset; very tame comeup. Around peak: very soothing, itches the scratch without being overwhelming. "A splash of water in the face." Some digestive relaxation noted. Beginner friendly.
Notes: "Superbly easygoing, no frills no complaints." 1/5 grow difficulty. "Most exotic terpene mixup I've ever experienced from weed." Ensure good airflow for cure — buds very dense with extreme terpene load. Overall rating: 3/5
Short Summary:
Berry and wood in flower, Froot Loops-with-gasoline on cure, Now-and-Later and Pez on the vape — the most exotic terpene journey of the batch wrapped in a beautiful circus tent that required almost no attention to produce it.

TheMadrek called it "the most exotic terpene mixup I've ever experienced from weed," and the grow log backs it all the way up. CBDip Dab came out like circus tent. One main center, tall side branches all matching, blue and black leaves wrapping deep purple buds under a full blanket of silver, and 79 days of complete non-drama from seedling to harvest. The aroma built like a novel: smashed berries on fresh wood in early flower, then citronella and tropical candy through mid, then near harvest it pivoted hard into jet fuel and sour earth. Post-cure: berry acetone, grape Kool-Aid gasoline, Froot Loops filled with petrol, menthol, bubblegum, guava, and licorice, all occupying the same jar. The vape delivered Now-and-Later and Pez. On the effects side this sits firmly in CBD territory — awakening, calming, soothing, "a splash of water in the face." A 1/5 to grow. Just clear time to take notes on the nose.

Grower: AutoFlowerFluff

Medium: Biochar & Organic Soil | Lighting: LED 24/7 | Container: 3 gallon self-watering
Nutes: 4-4-4 SuperThrive
Training: None | Cycle: 90 days | Height: 30 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Classic Christmas tree with red leaf fade at finish
Yield: 3 oz (~85g)
Aroma: Spicy lemon, earth, funk during grow / lemon sherbert with funk post-cure / smooth spicy flavor with a lasting funk stank aftertaste
Notes: Bottom watering worked well. She drinks more than she feeds and communicates her nutrient needs clearly. Fun, easygoing grow with a beautiful red fade finish. Grow again: 4/5
Short Summary:
Spicy lemon funk going in, creamy sherbert coming out, easy Christmas tree structure, great red fade, and a daytime high that rewards moderation.

AutoFlowerFluff ran Crystal Blue in biochar and organic soil under 24/7 LED and got back 90 days of smooth, low-drama growing. A classic Christmas tree structure that just got on with the job. From the first whiff she's pushing spicy lemon and earthy funk through the canopy, then transitions into something deeper on cure: lemon sherbert with a creamy, funky backbone that lingers long after you've put her down. She's a feeder with good manners; tells you what she wants, drinks more than she eats, and rewards the grower who listens. The red leaf fade toward the end is a proper send-off. Easy days, excellent finish.

Grower: SmokinTehHerbz (u/stl_ent)

Medium: BuildASoil | Lighting: Mammoth Mint 6 | Container: 30 gallon Grassroots Fabric Pot
Nutes: BuildASoil Amendments
Training: Leaf Tucking, LST | Cycle: 74 days | Height: 28 inches
Yield: 88g dry
Aroma: Sweet strawberry, ripe cherry, and creamy mango yogurt with citrus and tropical fruit accents; sweet fuel, cracked black pepper, and chemmy gas layering underneath
Notes: Normal difficulty, regular nutrient and water schedule. Grow again: 4/5
Short Summary:
Sweet strawberry and cherry up front, chemmy gas and black pepper underneath, Crystal Blue plays both sides and makes it work.

SmokinTehHerbz put Crystal Blue in the same big-pot, 30-gallon Grass Roots fabric, BuildASoil Take n Bake, Mammoth Mint 6 overhead; and she came back in 74 days at 28 inches and 88 grams with an aroma profile that earns serious attention. Sweet strawberry and ripe cherry lead the nose, creamy mango yogurt layers in underneath, and then the Walter White side asserts itself: sweet fuel, cracked black pepper, and a chemmy gas signature that keeps the whole thing from going full dessert. That tension between the candy-forward RS-11 sweetness and the chemmy fuel backbone is exactly what you'd want from this cross. Cure notes, smoke, and effects are still pending, but the nose alone makes a strong opening argument.

Grower: Indo

Medium: Coco | Lighting: LED | Container: Fabric pot
Nutes: Athena Blended
Training: None | Cycle: 85 days | Height: 46 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Apical dominant Christmas tree, good node spacing, strong thick branching and stalk, stacks buds well
Yield: ~160g
Aroma: Chem/funk through veg and early flower, sweetening into fruit and candy cough syrup with a pungent kush undertone by finish
Notes: Handles full-strength nutrients well. Good potential to size up with more space or training. Grow again: 4/5
Short Summary:
Chem-to-candy aroma journey, strong structure.

Indo's Headbangers Ball run had all the makings of a monster report — 46 inches tall, apical dominant Christmas tree with strong thick branching and a stalk built like it meant business, good node spacing, handles nutes without flinching, and buds stacking the way they should. The aroma journey was the real story: chem and funk through veg and early flower, then a slow sweetening into fruit and candy cough syrup with a pungent kush backbone running underneath all of it. Approximately 160 grams out the door. Then spider mites got involved, and that's where the story ends.

Grower: Zer0Tolerance

Medium: Roots Organic Original | Lighting: Growers Choice 680 @ 60%, 12/12 | Container: 1/2 gallon
Nutes: Roots Organic Uprising Grow and Bloom (top dress on transplant, then weekly)
Training: Stabilized side branches with main | Cycle: 92 days | Height: 30 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Apical dominant with leveled side branches, dark leaves through flower
Aroma: Menthol volatile kick with a touch of sweetness throughout grow and flower
Notes: Highest frost of the batch. Sticky, not greasy. Durable through poor watering schedule, environment changes, and varying spectrums. Lowest fuss of the run. Grow again: 4.57/5

Zer0Tolerance's Headbangers Ball run was a proper durability test — half-gallon pot, 12/12, inconsistent watering, environment swings, varying light spectrums — and she came through it all without flinching. 92 days, 30 inches, apical dominant with side branches leveled out to match the main. The standout note from this run: highest frost of the entire batch. Dark leaves through flower, sticky rather than greasy, and a menthol-forward aroma with a touch of sweetness that ran from veg all the way through. Rated the lowest-fuss plant of the run. Cure notes, yield, smoke, and effects are pending.

Grower: TheMadrek

Medium: Promix HP | Lighting: Mars Hydro 300W LED | Container: 1G Fabric
Nutes: Jack's 3-2-1 (A/B Only)
Training: None | Cycle: 79 days | Height: 35 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Tall and leggy. Defied Mango Runtz stoutness, shot up nearly 3ft in a 1 gallon container. Branches needed support early in flower. Spaghetti-noodle mini side branches with short internodal spacing. Rainbow of calyx colours: deep purple, black, pinks, deep reds, and bright purple under a blanket of silver trichomes. Potentially suitable for SOG.
Yield: 96g dry
Aroma: Chemmy rubber, guava musk, mango candy, orange creamsicle, Skittles
Effects: Body-forward, relaxing, and euphoric without couch-locking. Mild cerebral tingle, daydreamy, peaceful — "sailing on calm waters." Functional throughout the day. Peaks heavier but not drowsy. Sociable and lightly stimulating.
Notes: "This sucker completely defied the Runtz's typical expected stoutness." 2/5 difficulty — only needed nutrient management. Curing well. Overall rating: 3/5
Short Summary:
Mango candy citrus funk through the grow, chemmy guava-musk on the jar, and a smoke that transitions from chem to orange creamsicle to surprise strawberry — tall, colourful, and about as easygoing as sailing through a grove on a calm day.

TheMadrek popped Mango Grove into a single gallon and she immediately forgot that Mango Runtz is supposed to stay stout. Three feet tall, branches reaching for the ceiling, needing support barely into flower.. She made up for it in colour: deep purple, black, pinks, reds, and bright purple at every calyx under a blanket of silver, with a terpene journey that went from orange push pop and citrus sherbet during the grow to guava-musk and rubbery chem after harvest. The smoke opens chemmy, transitions into mango Tic Tac and orange creamsicle, and leaves you with a sneaky strawberry Skittle on the exhale. The effects are exactly what the name promises: peaceful, body-forward euphoria that keeps you functional, daydreamy, and relaxed without nailing you to the couch. TheMadrek described it as "sailing on calm waters" — and for a strain called Mango Grove, that's just about right.

Grower: indo

Medium: Coco | Lighting: LED | Container: 2 gallon fabric pot
Nutes: Athena Blended
Training: None | Cycle: 85 days | Height: 38 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Bushy and wide, grows broader than tall, good node spacing, light leaf tucking or branch spreading is sufficient
Yield: ~125g
Aroma: Sweet muted candy, fresh apple peel, slight florals, faint cookie on the backend
Notes: Self-maintaining and resilient to light stress. Handles heavy nutrients without issue. Productive smoke with a numbing headband that transitions into a relaxing body high. Grow again: 4/5
Short Summary:
Apple from canopy to cure, sharp peel in veg, candy apple in flower, sweet-sour vitamin apple in the jar, and a faint cookie trailing the smoke. Wide, easy, and productive with a well-paced headband-to-body high.

Piggzy Stixx showed Indo exactly what she's about from the start, wide before tall, self-maintained, and unbothered by whatever you throw at her. The apple was there from the beginning: sharp fresh apple peel in veg that sweetened toward candy apple as she matured. Post-cure that apple sharpens into something more interesting, a sweet-sour fruity vitamin quality with distinct apple and fresh florals sitting underneath. The smoke follows through — sweet muted candy with fresh apple peel and a faint cookie sneaking in on the back end. The high is productive and well-paced: slight racy energy that doesn't run away with itself, a numbing headband quality that hands off cleanly to a relaxing body finish. Easy grow, good yields, and a flavour profile that earns the name.

Grower: Breado

Medium: Bio365 100% Coco | Lighting: AC Infinity Evo 6 | Container: 2 gallon
Nutes: Athena
Training: LST, defoliation, topping | Cycle: 83 days | Height: 39 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Natural Christmas tree tendency opened up nicely with topping; exceptional frost and fade through finish
Yield: 158g
Aroma: Grape dominant throughout the grow / post-cure: grape with lemon stepping forward, lemon shining through cure / smoke: grape transitions to lavender, lemonhead goes creamy lemon, gas trails on the exhale
Notes: Slightly touchy during veg but easy from there. Daily coco feeds with 3 scheduled dry backs in flower. Frost and fade were the standout visual traits. Hybrid high leaning heavy — "almost perfect, best of both worlds." Grow again: 10/5
Short Summary:
Grape through the grow, grape and lemon at cure, then a full flavour journey on the smoke: lavender, creamy lemon, and trailing gas. Heavy hybrid high that Breado called "almost perfect" — one of their all-time favourites.

Breado ran Princess Cake in 100% coco in a 2 gallon, topped and trained her out from a Christmas tree into a spread canopy, and she came back with 158 grams and a smoke experience rated 10/5, because five was simply too low. Grape ran the show from canopy through most of the grow, dominant and unmistakable. Cure is where the transformation happens: lemon steps up, and what you end up with in the jar is grape and lemon together, the lemon arriving late but arriving loudly. Load her into a vape and the flavor journey deepens further; grape folds into lavender, lemonhead becomes creamy lemon, and gas trails out on the exhale like a signature. The frost and fade were Breado's biggest talking points going in, and the high sealed it: a hybrid that leans heavy but holds both ends together. "Best of both worlds" and probably one of their all-time favourites. Hard to argue with a 10/5.

Grower: Enduro

Medium: Plant 1: 5 gallon organic soil (BaS-style top-dress) / Plant 2: 3 gallon coco (Athena, bottom fed) | Lighting: HLG Scorpion Diablo | Container: Plant 1: 5 gallon / Plant 2: 3 gallon
Nutes: Organic top-dress when the vibe feels right / Coco: Athena fed all day every day
Training: Leaf tucking, defoliation, minimal branch staking | Cycle: 84 days (soil) / 86 days (coco) | Height: 24 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Both plants bushy
Yield: 80-90g per plant
Aroma: Mostly lemony with Iced 'n' Baked creamy gas on the back end during grow
Effects: Strong. Heavy eyes at 20-30 minutes, full couch relaxation. Knocked down mid-cannon and confirmed by rosin dabs. Good end-of-day strain.
Notes: No nitrogen sensitivity noted despite InB genetics in the cross — was monitored carefully. No nonsense easy grow in both mediums. Grow again: 4.2069/5
Short Summary:
Cream and gas on the bag, lemon on the grind — Princess Cake plays the long game on the nose and a short game on your legs. Strong enough to stop a cannon halfway through and confirm the same via dab.

Enduro ran Princess Cake twice at the same time. One in 5 gallon organic soil running a BaS-style top-dress program, one in 3 gallon coco on bottom-fed Athena all day every day. Both came out bushy, both finished around 24 inches, both confirmed the same story. The aroma is layered by method: bag sniff leads with the Iced 'n' Baked cream and gas, then the RS-11 lemon asserts itself the moment you grind or get resin on your hands. Enduro came in careful about nitrogen given the InB genetics in the cross, but  turned out to be a non-issue, no sensitivity noted in either run. Easy to medium grow with no nonsense. The effects, however, are not subtle. A cannon knocked Enduro on their ass halfway through and rosin dabs hit with the same authority. Heavy eyes at the 20-30 minute mark, then full couch — "if you just want to veg out and chill after a long hard day." Strong strain.

Grower: SmokinTehHerbz (u/stl_ent)

Medium: Coco | Lighting: Medic Grow Smart 8 | Container: 5 gallon AC Infinity Fabric Pot
Nutes: Jack's Nutrients
Training: Leaf Tuck, LST | Cycle: 82 days | Height: 46 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Uniform haze bush — Old School Blues genetics showing in growth pattern, very little training required
Yield: 293g dry
Aroma: Pear and blueberry lead, with strawberry and cherry from the RS-11 side sitting behind them / post-cure: TBD / smoke: fruit terps leaving a fruity dessert coating on the tongue
Effects: Uplifting and cerebral, sitting behind the eyes
Notes: Easy grow, regular feeds and water, self-managing haze structure. Biggest dry yield figure in the tester batch. Grow again: 4/5
Short Summary:
Pear and blueberry push the strawberry aside, 293 grams lands in the jar, and a fruity dessert coating stays on the tongue — Rainbow Road takes the scenic route and still finishes first.

SmokinTehHerbz took Rainbow Road to 46 inches in 5 gallons of coco and came back with 293 grams, the biggest dry weight figure in the lineup so far, and from an easy run at that. The Old School Blues haze side showed up immediately in how she grew: a uniform haze bush that barely needed touching, LST and leaf tucks to keep the canopy honest, and the rest handled itself. The RS-11 strawberry and cherry you'd expect are there, but the Blues genetics push them to the background, what leads the nose is pear and blueberry, terpy and ripe, the kind of aroma that announces it has its own direction and isn't apologising for it. The smoke follows through with fruit terps that leave a fruity dessert coating on the tongue. The effects are uplifting and cerebral, sitting right behind the eyes, a functional daytime high with some head to it. Post-cure notes are still pending, but 293 grams dry and a 4/5 from an easy coco run tells most of the story already.

Grower: Inappropriately Large

Medium: Coco | Lighting: LED | Container: 5 gallon
Nutes: CropSalt
Training: Leaf tucking | Cycle: 86 days | Height: 41 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Big stretcher — O'z genetics show in the height
Yield: 929g fresh frozen (wet weight)
Aroma: Dank and cheesy in late flower with tangerine notes / post-process: live rosin came back fully cheesy with no citrus remaining
Effects: Relaxing high
Notes: Light on nitrogen in veg recommended — O'z genetics are sensitive. Went fresh frozen route; rosin press confirmed the cheese expression. Grow again: 4/5
Short Summary:
Tangerine and Muenster on the plant, pure cheese in the rosin — 929g fresh frozen from a big stretcher that rewards a light hand with nitrogen and a straight path to the freezer.

Inappropriately Large let the O'z side of RainbO'z do what it wants to do; and what it wants to do is stretch. 41 inches out of a 5 gallon in coco, 86 days, leaf tucking to manage the canopy, and a note from the grower going in: keep the nitrogen light in veg, because the O'z genetics will tell you about it if you don't. The aroma through late flower was dank and cheesy with tangerine cutting through. Then she went straight into the freezer, 929 grams of fresh frozen wet weight. The live rosin pressed from this run came back fully cheesy, the citrus gone entirely, the Muenster winning out over the tangerine. Relaxing high. The grower rated it a 4 and sent in the rosin data to prove the point.

Grower: DK / ancient_kangaroo_492

Medium: Coast of Maine Stonington Soil | Lighting: Vivosun 650W Bar LED | Container: 3 gallon fabric pot
Nutes: Mega Crop Professional 2 Part
Training: None | Cycle: 86 days | Height: 18 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Main cola dominant with a few lateral branches
Yield: 2 oz
Aroma: Classic skunky weed smell throughout the grow / post-cure: skunk, peanuts, cheese, and chem on the finish; grinding opens a chemmy punch that transforms into skunky peanut / smoke: earthy chem on the back end that lingers
Notes: Tucked in a corner through a busy period and chugged through without issue. Top watered every 2-3 days, weekly Mega Crop feeds. Month and a half cure. Grow again: 3/5
Short Summary:
Classic skunk backbone with a complex cure reveal;  peanut, cheese, and chem all showing up fashionably late. Heavy and giggly right up until the hard landing and mandatory snack emergency.

RainbO'z didn't need a spotlight to do her thing. DK stashed her in a corner through a busy stretch and she just got on with it. 86 days of quiet chug, main cola up, a few loyal lateral branches alongside her, not a single complaint logged. What she put out was proper old-school: skunky throughout the grow, then at cure a full character reveal; skunk, peanuts, cheese, and chem creeping in last. Crack the bag and it hits you immediately; grind her and that chemmy note punches through before folding into skunky peanut. The high came in heavy and giggly, functional right up until it wasn't, one hour in and the couch had very strong opinions. The munchies were reportedly severe.

Grower: JB

Medium: Build a Soil 3.0, Light Mix | Lighting: 300W Vivosun | Container: 15 gallon
Nutes: Build a Soil Big 6, Bloom, Craft Blend (top dress)
Training: Slight LST | Cycle: 70-79 days | Height: 28-33 inches (~71-85cm)
Plant Shape / Structure: Bush
Yield: 196g dry
Aroma: lemon gas and cheese with a menthol bite
Effects: Heavier body and head high, great for relaxing evenings and nights. Very potent. Rosin was fantastic, full cheese and gas expression confirmed on the press.
Notes: RS-11 appetite across the board — hungry and communicative if not fed. Great rosin producer; most of this plant went to the press. "Feed her. She's hungry." Trim ease: 5/5. Trichome production: 5/5. Grow again: 5/5
Short Summary:
Lemon fuel to gassy cheesy danish in the grow, bakery case on the cure, and a menthol ambush on the rosin dab — 196 grams from a hungry feeder with 5/5 trichomes and a press that confirmed the whole story.

JB's RainbO'z was hungry from the jump and let you know about it, the same RS-11 appetite running across the whole batch, same reward for keeping up. Two plants in 15 gallons, slight LST, and she came back as a proper bush in 70-79 days. The terpene arc was defined from the first stem rub at day 30: lemon fuel right out of the gate, then a slow shift into gassy lemon cheese with a danish pastry quality that settled in and stayed, the Oreos cheese note threading alongside it all the way to harvest. Post-cure she locked in as a cheesy gassy lemon danish fresh out of a bakery case. JB pressed most of the plant, and the rosin backed up every note, lemon gas and cheese on the exhale, then a menthol bite at the close that announces itself. Heavy body and head high, built for evenings and nights, very potent. 196 grams, 5/5 trichome production, 5/5 grow again. The message from this run is simple: feed her, she's hungry.

Grower: JB

Medium: Build a Soil 3.0, Light Mix | Lighting: 300W Vivosun | Container: 15 gallon
Nutes: Build a Soil Big 6, Bloom, Craft Blend (top dress)
Training: Slight LST | Cycle: 80-89 days | Height: 22-27 inches (~56-70cm)
Plant Shape / Structure: Bush
Yield: 242g dry
Aroma: Strawberry and sugar fruit bowl with a hint of gas
Effects: Instant and full-body. An almost vibrating high hitting face, head, and entire body simultaneously. A state of trance. "One of my favorite effects yet from Mephisto." Tastes incredible.
Notes: Very hungry and thirsty throughout — required consistent extra nutrients and extra water. The soil wasn't ideal and she delivered anyway. "She likes to eat and drink." Trim ease: 5/5. Trichome production: 5/5. Grow again: 5/5
Short Summary:
Gassy fruit to strawberry sugar bowl in the grow, strawberry fruit smoothie in the jar, and a vibrating full-body trance on the smoke, 242 grams from a hungry feeder who delivers when you keep pace with her appetite.

JB fed Strawberry Stardust everything they had and she still asked for more. Two plants in 15 gallons of Build a Soil, relentlessly hungry and drinking extra throughout. She made it clear from the start that this cross has an appetite and expects it to be met. She responded with a proper bush and a terpene arc that opened with strong gassy fruit on the stem rub around day 40, then swung hard into strawberry and sugar fruit bowl by the 50s, the gas still threading underneath. Cure resolved it all into strawberry fruit smoothie, clean, sweet, and exactly on brief. The effects are what JB is coming back for. "One of my favorite effects yet from Mephisto", an instant, almost vibrating high that hit the face, head, and entire body at once and landed in a full state of trance. 242 grams out of conditions she wasn't entirely happy with, and a 5/5 to grow again from a grower who knows exactly what she needs: keep her fed, keep her watered, and let her work.

Grower: 11th Division Grows

Medium: Promix HP | Lighting: Mars Hydro FC3000 300W LED | Container: 2 gallon plastic pots
Nutes: House & Garden + General Hydroponic Cal-Mag + Silicore Monosilic Acid
Training: None | Cycle: 81 days | Height: 31 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Long dominant cola with almost equally tall side branches; large dense buds in a traditional auto structure
Yield: 89.5g dry and trimmed
Aroma: Strong strawberry candy with mild wine and hops
Effects: Uplifting with eye-drooping finish, nice hybrid smoke
Notes: Biggest plant in the tent. Ran alongside Rainbow Sundae 11 base cross in the same run. Smelled the loudest at cure of all strains in the batch. Grow again: 4/5
Short Summary:
Strawberry candy and wine from canopy to cure, with the biggest presence in the tent to match, traditional dense structure, loud cure smell, and a hybrid high that lifts you up before the eyes decide otherwise.

She was the biggest plant of the whole run, 31 inches, long dominant cola with side branches that nearly matched it, very large dense buds and great structure. Strawberry candy and wine from early in the grow, building all the way through. At cure she turned the volume up loudest of all the strains in the batch, strong strawberry and sweet candy that filled the room. Post-cure the wine note sharpens into something closer to hops, with the strawberry candy still leading. The smoke is exactly what the nose promises: very fruity and flavorful, strawberry candy all the way through. The high is a nice hybrid, uplifting to start, then the eyes get heavy. Intermediate grow rated at 4, but the payoff is clear.

Grower: @stealthmode204

Medium: Coco | Lighting: 320W SF3000 | Container: 3 gallon
Nutes: Full Remo lineup with Hygrozyme, Hyshield, and Hygroben
Training: Topping, LST | Cycle: 80 days | Height: 32-38 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Multi-topped bush, excellent leaf to bud ratio, vivid rainbow fade at finish
Yield: 155g quality buds + 52g larf and usable trim
Aroma: Sweet and fruity early, settling into grape guava as she matured / post-cure: grape guava hits you the moment the jar opens / smoke: grape guava all the way through
Notes: Responded very well to training. Already being re-run. An instant favourite from the first run. Grow again: 6/5
Short Summary:
Grape guava from canopy to cure with a finish that lights up the room. Strong heavy stone, creative until it isn't, and one of the most striking rainbow fades in the lineup.

Some strains ask to be noticed. Unicorn Drip demands it. Stealthmode ran her in coco alongside a couple of siblings and she outshone the lot; 80 days, multi-topped bush, a rainbow fade so vivid it earned its name. She started sweet and fruity, found her groove mid-grow, and by finish had locked into a mouthwatering grape guava that doesn't let go. The jar blasts you before you even get the lid off. Taste matches the smell exactly through dry and cure. The high is a strong heavy stone that plays creative until you push it too far and it folds you neatly into a nap. She's already running again. Stealthmode is hyping her to anyone who'll listen, rated her 6/5, and slotted her into their top 5 Mephisto grows ever. Hard to argue.

Grower: Zer0Tolerance

Medium: Roots Organic Original | Lighting: Growers Choice 680 @ 60%, 12/12 | Container: 1/2 gallon
Nutes: Roots Organic Uprising Grow and Bloom (top dress on transplant, then weekly)
Training: Minimal LST, defoliation | Cycle: 97 days | Height: 18 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Short and squat, leafy with long petioles, more compact under 12/12
Yield: Cure notes pending
Aroma: Very aromatic with strong floral and gassy notes throughout flower
Notes: More leafy than branchy under 12/12 — likely benefits from longer light schedule. Durable through suboptimal conditions. Grow again: 4.07/5

Zer0Tolerance ran Unicorn Drip in a half-gallon pot on 12/12 and still got 97 days of steady grow out of her, which says something about what this plant can handle. The conditions were admittedly rough: short light schedule, low volume, small container. She responded by going leafy and compact rather than branching out, keeping long petioles and putting on more foliage than her siblings in the same run. Periodic defoliation kept things manageable. The aroma through flower was the reward, strong floral with a gassy kick, volatile and pleasant throughout. Zer0Tolerance rated her durable and noted that more light hours would likely unlock more of her potential.

Grower: TheMadrek

Medium: Promix HP | Lighting: Mars Hydro 300W LED | Container: 1G ACI Fabric Nursery
Nutes: Jack's 3-2-1 (A/B Only)
Training: None | Cycle: 75 days | Height: 34 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: Largest and heaviest of the batch. Very large calyxes, maximum swell compared to all other plants in the run. Colorful: purples, greens, and silver trichomes throughout.
Yield: 95g
Aroma: During grow: creamy grapes, guava funk, earthy sunscreen quality early; chemmy grapes, guava on guava, fermented tropical fruit snacks mid-late flower. Post-cure/harvest: sweet guava from a distance, powdered donuts and sugar cookies up close, grape lotion and grape candy on trichome rub. Smoke: creamy concord grape/dum-dum candy coating lips, grape Now-and-Laters, fruit loop cereal backend, doughy powdered sugar undertone, sweet cream/condensed milk.
Effects: Slow burn; starts soothing, smooth, and relaxing; melts stress and unwinds muscles quickly. Euphoric comeup with body and eye heaviness following. Creeping sedation: "you can't avoid the inevitable sleep." Functional only during the early comeup. Body feels like genuine physical relief throughout. Not for procrastinators.
Notes: "Easily the best cross I ran." Family consumed more than half within a month. Entire batch given away — only the upper main cola section kept for personal use. Already planning a re-run. Ensure airflow during cure to prevent mould. Overall rating: 5/5
Short Summary:
Creamy grape and guava funk going in, powdered donuts and grape candy coming out — the heaviest yielder and fan favourite of TheMadrek's batch, already given away in full and already getting another seed cracked. A 5/5 that earns it.

TheMadrek ran four crosses in the same batch and Unicorn Drip won. Biggest and heaviest of the lot — 34 inches, 95 grams, colorful purples and greens under heavy silver trichomes — and when the family got hold of it, more than half was gone within a month. The aroma moved from creamy grape and guava funk with a sunscreen quality early in flower, then by harvest had become powdered donuts and sugar cookies over sweet guava and grape lotion. The smoke coats your lips; creamy concord grape candy, a doughy powdered-sugar undertone, fruit loop cereal on the back end. The high starts smooth and euphoric, melts the muscles and the stress away quietly, then the slow burn catches you. "You can't avoid the inevitable sleep," TheMadrek said after having already given away the entire batch and still rating it 5/5. The re-run is implied.

Grower: Godmodeller

Medium: Promix, Worm Castings, Perlite (70/20/10) | Lighting: SF G4500 320W + SE5000 480W, 24/0 | Container: 3 gallon fabric bags
Nutes: Green Planet Horti Line
Training: Lollipop, leaf tucking, minor defoliation | Cycle: 86 days | Height: Both plants 33 inches
Plant Shape / Structure: 1 dominant cola, bushy, medium dense colas, limited leaves for easy trim, fills a 20x20 corner, transitions red/purple over pale yellow
Yield: Plant 1: 108g good bud + 38g larf / Plant 2: 81g good bud + 33g larf
Aroma: Funky earthy sweetness and bitter orange during grow, mild odour until late flower / post-cure: moderate funky sweetness and cream with hints of citrus, fuel, and pine / smoke: bittersweet chocolate
Notes: Flowered before 30 days. Strong supportive branches. Little to no amber at finish. Orange notes during grow gave way to cream post-cure. 50-day cure. Could have taken more nutrients in flower. Nube friendly. Grow again: 4.5/5
Short Summary:
Earthy funky sweetness through the grow, bittersweet chocolate on the smoke, and a slow even high that spreads through head and body and stays a while. The confetti fade is real and it delivers.

Confetti Sundae showed up consistent and clear; two plants, both 33 inches, filling their 20x20 corners like they'd been asked nicely. Godmodeller ran them at full nutrients and they barely blinked. Low odour through most of the grow, earthy funky sweetness with a bite of bitter orange, then late flower the creaminess comes forward and everything shifts. The fade is the show, red and purple rolling into pale yellow like someone spilled a bowl of confetti across the canopy. Post-cure she opens into something genuinely layered: funky sweetness, cream, citrus, fuel, and pine all in the same whiff. The smoke is bittersweet chocolate. The high comes on slowly, settles into both head and body evenly, and sticks around. Easy grow, long-lasting effect, hits the brief perfectly.

Grower: SilentJ17

Medium: Coast of Maine Seed Starter | Lighting: Spider Farmer SE5000 with UV, IR and deep red supplemental lighting + Vivosun under canopy lighting | Container: 5 gallon fabric pot
Nutes: Dr. Earth Homegrown and Flower Girl (top dressings) + General Hydroponics Silica and Cal-Mag, Recharge
Training: Early leaf tucking
Cycle: 60-69 days
Height: 52-57 inches (~131-145cm) — tallest pheno 53" x 38" wide
Plant Shape / Structure: Very tall with long node spacing and fat golf ball to baseball-sized buds. Gelauto genetics clearly dominant in height and structure. Two phenos run, both over 4 feet. Needs ceiling clearance and lateral room to spread.
Yield: 552g wet weight (fresh washed) → 18.54g bubble hash (3.36% return) → pressed to rosin
Aroma: During grow: sour fruit with slight citrus from early flower through harvest. Post-press/cure: creamy and funky base with a heavy sour fruit that hits hard on jar pop. Puffco at low temp: strawberries and cream with a sour bite. "Very very tasty rosin."
Effects: Heavy-headed high felt behind the eyes, couch lock in full effect. Settles in for the evening. Best after dinner when you're done for the day.
Notes: 2 phenos run, tallest 53" x 38" wide. Required extra top dressings throughout and 1.5 gallons of water per day at peak thirst via wick base. "Some of the cleanest hash rosin I've made this year." Very nice jar appeal. Novice-friendly despite scale and hunger. Trim ease: 4/5. Grow again: 5/5
Short Summary:
Two phenos, both over four feet, both straight to the bubble bags — 18.54g of clean hash from 552g wet, pressed into strawberries-and-cream-with-a-sour-bite rosin that parks you couch-locked for the evening. The confetti lands.

SilentJ17 ran eight plants and got back two distinct phenos, both of which refused to stay under four feet. The tallest stretched to 53 inches by 38 inches wide; a proper room-filling specimen that the grower called a "huge bitch" with full affection and took straight to the wash. The Gelauto side was clearly running the show: long node spacing, fat golf ball to baseball-sized buds stacking up the branches, finishing in 60-69 days and drinking 1.5 gallons a day through a wick system at peak thirst. Extra top dressings throughout, but zero drama otherwise. The sour fruit aroma hung around from early flower all the way to harvest, and what came out of the bubble bags was some of the cleanest hash rosin of the year — 552 grams wet weight, 18.54 grams of bubble (3.36%), pressed into rosin that opens the jar with a heavy sour fruit smack and delivers strawberries and cream with a sour bite on the puffco at low temp. The effects match the profile: heavy-headed, behind the eyes, couch lock settling in for the evening. "Great for after dinner when it's time to chill." Five to grow again, and the hash numbers back it up. The confetti lands.
